How to visit Bali Safari Park ?

To get to Bali Safari Park, you can either rent a car, hire a private driver, or use a taxi service. If you are staying in the popular tourist areas of Kuta, Seminyak, or Ubud, the park is approximately a 1-2 hour drive away, depending on traffic conditions. Another option is to book a shuttle service through the park's website.

It is recommended to book your Bali Safari Park admission tickets in advance, particularly during high season. You may also want to consider purchasing a package that includes a safari journey, animal encounters, and access to the park's water park and amusement rides. Booking online can help you avoid long lines and secure the best deals.

The cost of visiting Bali Safari Park varies depending on the package you choose. Basic admission tickets start around $50 for adults and $40 for children. However, more comprehensive packages can range up to $150 per person. Keep in mind that additional costs may apply for optional activities such as elephant rides, night safaris, and cultural performances.

There are plenty of exciting things to do at Bali Safari Park, including taking a safari journey through the park's different zones, which are home to over 100 species of animals. You can also enjoy close encounters with animals like elephants, orangutans, and Komodo dragons. The park also features a water park and amusement rides for a fun-filled day. Don't miss the cultural performances such as the traditional Balinese dance and the Bali Agung Show.

When it comes to dining, Bali Safari Park offers several options. Choose between the Tsavo Lion Restaurant, where you can enjoy a meal with a view of lions resting in their enclosure, or the Uma Restaurant, which offers a buffet with a variety of international and local dishes. For a more casual option, you can grab a quick bite at the park's food court.

For accommodations, consider staying at the Mara River Safari Lodge, which is located within the park itself. This unique resort offers guests the chance to stay in African-themed rooms overlooking the animal enclosures. Alternatively, you can find numerous hotels and villas in nearby areas such as Ubud or Sanur. Some popular options include the Komaneka at Tanggayuda Ubud and the Puri Santrian in Sanur.

Off the beaten path: For a truly unique experience at Bali Safari Park, consider participating in the 'Elephant Back Safari' or the '4x4 Safari.' These activities allow you to get up close and personal with the animals while learning about their habitats and conservation efforts. You can also explore the park after dark by joining a night safari, which offers a different perspective on the park's inhabitants and includes a guided walking tour and a traditional fire show.
